Morgan Stanley Raises Lockheed Martin Price Target to $835 Following F-35 Deal
Morgan Stanley upgraded Lockheed Martin's rating to 'Overweight' and raised its price target to $835 from $690, following a ten-year framework to produce 850 F-35 fighter jets.

Morgan Stanley upgraded Lockheed Martin stock rating to 'Overweight' from 'Equal-weight', and raised its price target to $835 from $690, according to CNBC.
Lockheed Martin shares rose about 3.9% during trading, after the bank linked the upgrade to a new ten-year framework agreement with the Pentagon covering 850 F-35 fighter jets at a rate of 156 aircraft annually.
The new framework sets an annual production pace of 156 aircraft, providing the company and its suppliers with longer-term visibility into order volumes and reducing reliance on separate annual procurement decisions.
The upgrade reflects the bank's expectation that the company's stock will benefit from greater clarity in fighter jet orders over the coming decade.
