Ukraine Sanctions 51 Individuals and 44 Companies in Missile Production Chains

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed two decrees, Nos. 1058/2026 and 1059/2026, implementing the decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine to impose sanctions on individuals and entities associated with Russian missile production.

The first list includes 51 individuals and 44 legal entities involved in manufacturing the ballistic missiles used by Russia to attack Ukrainian infrastructure and cities, specifically targeting facilities that produce and supply raw materials, equipment, and tools required for the manufacturing of Iskander, Kalibr, Kh-101, and Kinzhal weapons.

Data indicated that all individuals on the first list are Russian citizens, and 42 of the 44 companies are registered in Russia while two are based in China. The sanctions also covered manufacturers of weapons, components, software, and heads of these companies.

The second package covers 32 Russian citizens and 35 Russian companies operating in the production and supply of precision industrial equipment, tools, components, electronics, and raw materials for facilities serving the defense sector, including entities affiliated with the Russian industrial group Rusal.
