Pinterest announced making its display and video ad inventory available to programmatic buyers via its "Programmatic Deals" product, which has moved to general availability in North America, South America, and Asia-Pacific, according to MediaPost via Yahoo Finance.
The company stated that Magnite is its primary supply-side partner, while Google Ad Manager also supplies in Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
Pinterest cited 640 million monthly active users and more than 80 billion monthly searches, highlighting a June campaign for Moroccanoil that achieved 15% incremental reach at a 1% audience overlap.
The list of demand-side partners includes Amazon DVA+, DV360, and Yahoo DSP, allowing advertisers to purchase the new inventory through their customary tools.
What Do These Terms Mean?

Supply-Side Platform (SSP): A system that represents the publisher or app in selling its ad space to automated buyers.
Incremental Reach: The number of new people reached by a campaign who were not part of another campaign's audience, usually measured by overlap percentage.
